EcoOnline enters UK & Ireland by acquiring chemical management software and services provider DCM Compliance

EcoOnline, the leading Nordic provider of chemical safety management software, acquires DCM Compliance of Ireland. With this acquisition, EcoOnline will enter one of the largest markets in Europe with potential to expand the footprint further by following customers’ global operations.

“DCM is a high performing company in a large and attractive market with similar business model and strategy as EcoOnline”, says CEO of EcoOnline Group Göran Lindö (center),  here with Sales Director Dermot Dinan (left) and Henry Mooney CEO of DCM Compliance (right).

DCM delivered more than 30% annual growth 2015-2017 and has a proven product-market fit, strong competence and leading customer references in UK, Ireland and the US, including Procter & Gamble, Merck and Kerry Group.

– EcoOnline will, apart from adding an impressive chemical safety customer base in UK, Ireland and US, also get access to an occupational safety software tool. Together, DCM Compliance and EcoOnline will be able to expand even faster in our markets, where the demand for a comprehensive HSEQ partner is rapidly increasing, says Göran Lindö.

– We will, by joining EcoOnline, become an integral part of one of Europe’s leading chemical management software providers and get access to and share know-how and best practice. Together we will be able to better serve the needs of our customers and boost our growth journey further, says CEO of DCM Compliance Henry Mooney.
