I henhold til reglerne om registrering, evaluering, godkendelse og begr\u00e6nsning af&nbsp;kemikalier (REACH) er din virksomhed ansvarlig for sikker kemisk styring. Lovgivningen er p\u00e5 plads for at beskytte mennesker og milj\u00f8et mod de skadelige f\u00f8lger og virkninger af farlige&nbsp;kemikalier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I overensstemmelse med REACH-forordningen (Forordning (EF) nr. 1907\/2006) skal et sikkerhedsdatablad (SDS) forsynes med ethvert farligt kemikalie. Alle farlige kemikalier (stoffer og blandinger),&nbsp;der markedsf\u00f8res, skal klassificeres, m\u00e6rkes og pakkes i henhold til&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/clp-forordningen\">CLP-forordningen<\/a>&nbsp;(EF) nr. 1272\/2008 siden 1. juni 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CLP kr\u00e6ver, at producenter, import\u00f8rer eller brugere af stoffer eller blandinger klassificerer, m\u00e6rker og pakker deres farlige kemikalier korrekt, inden de markedsf\u00f8res. CLP-forordningen har til&nbsp;form\u00e5l at sikre, at kemiske sikkerhedsoplysninger kommunikeres klart til alle interessenter, s\u00e5 de kan tage de passende foranstaltninger for at afb\u00f8de eventuelle kemiske risici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad g\u00f8r REACH?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>REACH blev introduceret i 2007 og har siden oprettet retningslinjer for indsamling af information om stoffers egenskaber og farer. Virksomheder skal registrere detaljerede dossierer om stoffer til&nbsp;det videnskabelige udvalg i ECHA. Hvert stof gennemg\u00e5s fra sag til sag og evalueres for at konstatere sandsynligheden for stoffets skadelige virkninger, og om graden af risici kan styres sikkert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Myndighederne har bef\u00f8jelse til at forbyde stoffer, begr\u00e6nse brugen af dem eller underl\u00e6gge dem forudg\u00e5ende tilladelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evalueringsprocessen for stoffer best\u00e5r af tre faser:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 1 \u2013 Vurdering<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluering af dossier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overholdelse af kontrol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unders\u00f8gelse af testforslag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stofevaluering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 2 \u2013 Beslutningstagning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Udarbejdelse af en beslutning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medlemsstaternes inddragelse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ECHAs beslutning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 3 \u2013 F\u00f8lg op til ECHAs beslutning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluering af dossier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stofevaluering<em>Kilde:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/da\/regulations\/reach\/evaluation\">https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/da\/regulations\/reach\/evaluation<\/a><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e6rligt problematiske stoffer (SVHC-stoffer)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle indsendelser er tilg\u00e6ngelige p\u00e5&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/registry-of-svhc-intentions\">ECHA\u2019s websted i en database over stoffer<\/a>, der er registreret som SVHC-stoffer (<em>substances&nbsp;of very high concern<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kriterierne i REACH, artikel 57, skitserer, hvad der udg\u00f8r SVHC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stoffer, der opfylder kriterierne for klassificering som kr\u00e6ftfremkaldende, mutagene eller reproduktionstoksiske (CMR) kategori 1A eller 1B i overensstemmelse med forordning (EF) nr. 1272\/2008\u00a0(CLP-forordningen);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stoffer, der er vedvarende, bioakkumulerende og toksiske (PBT) i overensstemmelse med kriterierne i bilag XIII til REACH-forordningen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stoffer, der er meget vedvarende og meget bioakkumulerende (vPvB) i overensstemmelse med kriterierne i bilag XIII til REACH-forordningen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stoffer, der giver anledning til et tilsvarende niveau af bekymring for stoffer, der opfylder ovenst\u00e5ende kriterier. S\u00e5danne stoffer kan have hormonforstyrrende egenskaber eller have\u00a0egenskaber, s\u00e5 selv om de ikke opfylder kriterierne for at v\u00e6re en CMR, PBT eller vPvB, er der videnskabeligt bevis for sandsynlige, alvorlige virkninger p\u00e5 menneskers sundhed eller milj\u00f8et.\u00a0S\u00e5danne stoffer identificeres fra sag til sag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/info.ecoonline.com\/da\/guide\/stoflister\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/6c84afec-54de-42f7-b458-f72731939e29-8.webp\" alt=\"6c84afec-54de-42f7-b458-f72731939e29.png\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Autoriseringsprocessen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Autoriseringsprocessen er vigtig for at sikre, at alle risici, som SVHC-stoffer udg\u00f8r, overvejes grundigt, og at der indf\u00f8res tilstr\u00e6kkelige sikkerhedsforanstaltninger. Derudover betyder det&nbsp;ofte at udskifte stoffer med sikrere alternativer. Stoffer, der opfylder ovenn\u00e6vnte kriterier, er placeret p\u00e5 \u00e9n af og ofte begge lister:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Kandidatlisten<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne liste opdateres to gange om \u00e5ret af ECHA. Den indeholder s\u00e6rligt problematiske stoffer og kr\u00e6ver som f\u00f8lge heraf juridiske forpligtelser for virksomheder, der bruger disse stoffer. N\u00e5r et&nbsp;stof er p\u00e5 kandidatlisten, skal leverand\u00f8rer erkl\u00e6re disse oplysninger til forbrugerne. Der l\u00e6gges v\u00e6gt p\u00e5, at fabrikanterne fjerner stoffer og erstatter dem med mere sikre alternativer. Her er den&nbsp;mest opdaterede&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/da\/candidate-list-table\">kandidatliste<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Autoriseringslisten<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoffer fra kandidatlisten f\u00f8jes til autorisationslisten i henhold til, hvordan ECHA prioriterer dem. Prioriteringen fra ECHA overvejer stoffets farlige egenskaber, brugsm\u00f8nster og -volumen p\u00e5&nbsp;EU-markedet. N\u00e5r der p\u00e5 autorisationslisten er anbragt en \u201csolnedgangsperiode\u201d p\u00e5 hvert stof, er dette dybest set et tidsrum, hvor stoffet er forbudt, indtil der gives tilladelse til brugeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne autorisationsliste opdateres i \u00f8jeblikket \u00e9n gang om \u00e5ret og&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/da\/authorisation-list\">er tilg\u00e6ngelig her<\/a>&nbsp;p\u00e5 ECHA\u2019s hjemmeside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Begr\u00e6nsede stoffer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Visse stoffer, der af ECHA anses for at v\u00e6re for risikable og uacceptable for milj\u00f8et og menneskers sundhed, kan v\u00e6re begr\u00e6nsede eller forbudte. Hvis det er tilf\u00e6ldet, kan fremstilling, salg&nbsp;eller brug af dette stof oph\u00f8re. Endelige beslutninger om begr\u00e6nsninger tr\u00e6ffes af ECHA, medlemsstaterne og relevante eksperter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r en endelig begr\u00e6nsning er besluttet, skal alle producenter, import\u00f8rer, distribut\u00f8rer og downstream-brugere inklusive detailhandlere im\u00f8dekomme begr\u00e6nsningen. Det er op til myndighederne&nbsp;i hver medlemsstat at styre h\u00e5ndh\u00e6velsen. Stoffer, der er begr\u00e6nset under REACH,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/da\/substances-restricted-under-reach\">findes her<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/info.ecoonline.com\/da\/guide\/stoflister\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/e15e6d6d-1f07-474a-ba75-17dbd7116a3a-8.webp\" alt=\"e15e6d6d-1f07-474a-ba75-17dbd7116a3a.png\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Styringen af kemisk substitution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indf\u00f8relsen af \u200b\u200bstrammere lovgivning fra REACH og stigninger i b\u00f8der fra sundheds- og sikkerhedsstyringsorganer har resulteret i behovet for sofistikeret kemisk styring. Datastyring er&nbsp;n\u00f8glen, og teknologiske fremskridt har lettet forbedringer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuelle processer til at indsamle kemiske data har historisk resulteret i reaktive processer, der ofte var for langsomme til at holde trit med dynamiske forsyningsk\u00e6debehov. Den langsomme og&nbsp;logistisk uhensigtsm\u00e6ssige distribution af kemiske oplysninger til slutbrugeren p\u00e5 en rettidig m\u00e5de var ogs\u00e5 et enormt problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er nu best-practice at indsamle sikkerhedsdatablade, der indeholder fareoplysninger og GHS-klassificeringsoplysninger om kemikalier. Data om faretyper, der sammenlignes i realtid med&nbsp;SVHC-stoffer, autorisationslister, kandidatlister og begr\u00e6nsede lister er nu en n\u00f8dvendighed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Virksomheder og slutbrugere skal \u00f8jeblikkeligt v\u00e6re i stand til at tr\u00e6kke rapporter for at identificere kemisk ydeevne i henhold til REACH-krav.
