Her vurderer du risici ved at kombinere konsekvensen af en kemisk eksponering med&nbsp;sandsynligheden for, at eksponeringen sker. Du b\u00f8r nemlig altid f\u00f8rst vurdere, om det er muligt helt at fjerne et skadeligt&nbsp;produkt fra arbejdspladsen, uden at skulle lede efter et alternativ f\u00f8rst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STOP-princippet beskriver en prioritering af hvilke foranstaltninger, du b\u00f8r starte med<\/strong>, f\u00f8r du bev\u00e6ger dig videre til andre muligheder for forbedring af arbejdspladsens kemiske&nbsp;sikkerhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">1: Substitution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Har du ikke mulighed for at eliminere de skadelige stoffer og materialer, er det n\u00e6stbedste at substituere dem med nogle, der er mindre skadelige. Alts\u00e5 \u2019luk dem af\u2019. Her skal I foretage tiltag, der sikrer, at&nbsp;stofferne ikke spredes. Det kan f.eks. v\u00e6re ved afgr\u00e6nse det p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende arbejdsomr\u00e5de, sikre grundig reng\u00f8ring og hygiejne og lignende tiltag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4: Personlige v\u00e6rnemidler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/personlige-vaernemidler\">Personlige v\u00e6rnemidler<\/a>&nbsp;er, som en sidste udvej, nederst i hierarkiet. Personlige v\u00e6rnemidler kan v\u00e6re effektive til at beskytte mod&nbsp;eksponering.&nbsp;Men kun hvis man bruger dem rigtigt&nbsp;og i det hele taget husker at tage dem p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/guide\/personlige-vaernemidler\">Hent vores gratis guide om personlige v\u00e6rnemidler her &gt;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problemet med personlige v\u00e6rnemidler er, at deres effektivitet afh\u00e6nger af mennesker, som kan lave fejl. Medarbejdere vil nogle gange undlade at if\u00f8re sig v\u00e6rnemidler, hvis de ikke vurderer at&nbsp;faren er stor, eller hvis de personlige v\u00e6rnemidler irriterer dem. Holdningen kan ofte v\u00e6re i stil med \u201dJeg beh\u00f8ver ikke \u00f8jenv\u00e6rn til denne opgave.
