Du skifter en spiller ud med en anden, der kan l\u00f8se den samme opgave p\u00e5 banen. N\u00e5r det kommer til kemisk&nbsp;arbejdsmilj\u00f8, er det lidt det samme. Substitution handler om, at du som arbejdsplads skal udskifte eller udfase produkter og stoffer, der er skadelige for mennesker eller milj\u00f8 med et mindre&nbsp;skadeligt alternativ. Et alternativ, der kan l\u00f8se samme opgave, men p\u00e5 en mindre skadelig m\u00e5de. N\u00e5r vi snakker kemisk substitution, s\u00e5 er det en lovpligtig proces. Processen g\u00e5r ud p\u00e5 at erstatte eller helt&nbsp;udfase skadelige produkter\/stoffer med mindre skadelige alternativer. Typisk vil det v\u00e6re fordi, det er et farligt kemikalie, som vi \u00f8nsker at erstatte med et alternativ, der er mindre farligt for&nbsp;milj\u00f8 og mennesker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Kravene til substitution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Som virksomhed er der flere forskellige instanser, I skal forholde jer til. Og det g\u00e6lder, uanset om I producerer, importerer, distribuerer eller bruger kemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er international lovgivning, vi skal forholde os til som f.eks. GHS (Global Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals), det vi herhjemme kalder&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/clp-forordningen\">CLP<\/a>. Det handler om, at m\u00e5den vi tester og m\u00e6rker farlige kemikalier er standardiseret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derudover har vi i Europa&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/reach-forordningen\">REACH<\/a>, som st\u00e5r for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals.&nbsp;Id\u00e9en med REACH er at begr\u00e6nse den brug vi har af kemikalier i EU og passe bedst muligt p\u00e5 mennesker og milj\u00f8. Men der ligger ogs\u00e5 en tanke om at styrke vores konkurrenceevne. Med REACH er vi&nbsp;forpligtet til at substituere. Faktisk m\u00e5 vi slet ikke bruge kemi hvis vi kan finde mindre skadelige alternativer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og s\u00e5 har vi Arbejdsmilj\u00f8loven, der siger, at arbejdet med kemi skal planl\u00e6gges, tilrettel\u00e6gges og udf\u00f8res, s\u00e5 det er sikkerheds- og sundhedsm\u00e6ssigt fuldt forsvarligt. Det er i alt omkring os, og vi kan ikke leve uden kemi, hvis vi \u00f8nsker at leve, som vi g\u00f8r i dag. \u00d8get v\u00e6kst har f\u00f8rt til \u00f8get brug af kemi, og farlig&nbsp;kemi og affald udg\u00f8r i dag et k\u00e6mpe problem, der p\u00e5virker os alle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derfor er det vigtigt, at vi t\u00e6nker os om i vores brug af kemi. Og derfor er substitution en vigtig proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Substitution er en lovpligtig proces for virksomheder. Men derudover har substitution rigtig mange andre fordele, heriblandt selvf\u00f8lgelig at mindske risici for mennesker og milj\u00f8. Der kan f.eks.&nbsp;v\u00e6re \u00f8konomiske besparelser, fordi der er mindre behov for sikkerhedsforanstaltninger i hele k\u00e6den. Alts\u00e5 b\u00e5de produktion, brug, transport og affaldsh\u00e5ndtering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Der er s\u00e6rligt fire grunde til, at substitution er vigtigt:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Substitution er vigtigt ift. din og dine kollegaers daglige sikkerhed p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen. Vi skal kunne g\u00e5 p\u00e5 arbejde uden at frygte for vores helbred. Igen ser vi problemer med forurening, naturen, livet i haven osv., selvom der er strenge regler p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substitution er vigtigt for vores fremtid. Det h\u00e6nger selvf\u00f8lgelig sammen med de ovenst\u00e5ende. Det handler om vores fremtidige helbred og vores fremtidige mijl\u00f8. Og s\u00e5 handler det om innovation&nbsp;og produktudvikling, hvor bl.a. substitution,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/baeredygtig-haandtering-af-kemikalier\">b\u00e6redygtig h\u00e5ndtering af kemikalier<\/a>&nbsp;og&nbsp;livscyklusvurderinger (LCA) spiller en vigtig rolle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substitution er lovpligtigt. De fleste af os er selvf\u00f8lgelig interesserede i at overholde lovgivningen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Hvordan kommer du i gang med substitution?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Substitution er en kontinuerlig opgave. Det er en investering, ikke kun i mennesker og milj\u00f8, men ogs\u00e5 \u00f8konomisk. Det kan reducere nemlig sikkerhedsomkostninger, bortskaffelsesomkostninger, giver&nbsp;konkurrencefordele, og s\u00e5 er det dyrt at skulle s\u00f8ge tilladelse til at bruge kemikalier, der er reguleret af REACH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dine seks pligter til kemisk dokumentation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I Danmark er der grundl\u00e6ggende seks krav, du skal leve op til, n\u00e5r det kommer til kemisk arbejdsmilj\u00f8. Vi anbefaler, at du starter med at gennemg\u00e5 de seks pligter \u00e9n ad gangen og s\u00f8rger for at f\u00e5&nbsp;dem l\u00f8st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De seks krav er:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du skal have&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/alt-du-skal-vide-om-sikkerhedsdatablade\/\">sikkerhedsdatablade<\/a>&nbsp;p\u00e5 alle dine farem\u00e6rkede produkter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dine sikkerhedsdatablade skal v\u00e6re opdaterede<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du skal foretage&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/kemisk-risikovurdering\">kemisk risikovurdering<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du skal give dine medarbejdere adgang til oplysningerne og&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/kemisk-instruktion\">instruere i sikker anvendelse<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du skal opbevare oplysningerne i 10 \u00e5r efter endt brug<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Du skal vurdere, om s\u00e6rligt farlige stoffer kan substitueres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Som du kan se, handler pligt #6 om substitution. Hvis du gennemg\u00e5r hver af de 6 pligter og, kommer du derfor \u2019automatisk\u2019 til substitution i den proces. F\u00e5 f\u00f8rst styr p\u00e5 det basale med den kemiske&nbsp;risikovurdering og sikkerhedsdatabladene, og g\u00e5 s\u00e5 i gang med substitution.
