APV\u2019ens form\u00e5l er at finde ud af, om der er problemer og\/eller risici p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen. Til at finde ud af det, skal medarbejderne involveres i unders\u00f8gelsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/hvad-er-apv\">L\u00e6s mere om, hvad en APV er her &gt;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8r du g\u00e5r i gang med en APV (eller&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/trivselsundersoegelse\">trivselsunders\u00f8gelse<\/a>), b\u00f8r du t\u00e6nke hele processen igennem. Find ud af, hvem&nbsp;der g\u00f8r hvad, og hvad I vil have ud af unders\u00f8gelsen. Du kender det m\u00e5ske fra dig selv; det giver en vis \u2019tryghed\u2019 at vide, at ingen ved, at det er lige&nbsp;pr\u00e6cis dig, der har sagt X, Y og Z. Nogle medarbejdere er alts\u00e5 mere villige til at deltage og give deres mening, hvis deres besvarelse forbliver anonym. Hvis det er tilf\u00e6ldet p\u00e5 din&nbsp;arbejdsplads, kan du f\u00e5 flere medarbejdere repr\u00e6senteret i unders\u00f8gelsen, ved at g\u00f8re den anonym.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c6rlige og \u00e5bne svar<\/strong>&nbsp;I tr\u00e5d med ovenst\u00e5ende, s\u00e5 er mange af os nok mere tilb\u00f8jelige til at sige vores 100% \u00e6rlige mening, hvis vi ikke skal holdes ansvarlige for den. Det giver tryghed at have muligheden for at tale&nbsp;\u00e5bent og \u00e6rligt, uden at bekymre sig om konsekvenserne. Vil du have s\u00e5 \u00e6rlige svar som muligt, kan det derfor v\u00e6re en ide at g\u00f8re unders\u00f8gelsen anonym.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mindre frygt for, hvad andre t\u00e6nker<\/strong>&nbsp;Vi kan godt have tendens til at t\u00e6nke for meget over, hvad andre forventer af os eller t\u00e6nker om os, og det kan f.eks. p\u00e5virke vores svar i en unders\u00f8gelse. Ved at g\u00f8re det anonymt, fjerner du&nbsp;det pres fra medarbejderen, der s\u00e5 ikke skal bekymre sig om, hvilke svar han\/hun forventes at give, eller hvilke negative konsekvenser, der kan v\u00e6re ved svaret.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Ulemper ved anonyme besvarelser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Konteksten mangler<\/strong>&nbsp;En af ulemperne ved anonyme besvarelser er, at vi kan miste noget kontekst og noget vigtig information, og det kan g\u00f8re det sv\u00e6rere at forst\u00e5 problemerne ordentligt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Det er sv\u00e6rere at f\u00f8lge op p\u00e5 svarene<\/strong>&nbsp;N\u00e5r svarene er anonyme, er de sv\u00e6rere at f\u00f8lge op p\u00e5. Kommer der besvarelser ind, som I \u00f8nsker at g\u00e5 i dybden med, kan det v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rere, fordi I f.eks. ikke kan f\u00e5 uddybet problemstillingen og&nbsp;detaljerne. Derudover kan det v\u00e6re udfordrende at lave individuel opf\u00f8lgning. S\u00e5 hvis I f\u00e5r en besvarelse ind, der bekymrer jer, f.eks. fordi der er tegn p\u00e5 mistrivsel, stress eller lignende, s\u00e5&nbsp;kan I ikke g\u00e5 direkte til vedkommende og hj\u00e6lpe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er ikke noget rigtigt eller forkert svar her; det er op til jer at vurdere fordele og ulemper, og hvad der er vigtigst i jeres situation. Har I f.eks. tidligere lavet APV\u2019er eller&nbsp;unders\u00f8gelser, hvor deltagerraten var lav, skal I m\u00e5ske g\u00e5 med den anonyme tilgang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6lge at lave en blanding. Det kan f.eks. v\u00e6re ved at udf\u00f8re gruppeinterviews som \u00e9n del af unders\u00f8gelsen og et anonymt sp\u00f8rgeskema som supplement. Der er&nbsp;<em>metodefrihed<\/em>&nbsp;i APV\u2019en,&nbsp;s\u00e5 I kan g\u00f8re det p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de, der giver bedst mening for jer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Hvad vil det sige, at det er anonymt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e6lger I, at medarbejderne skal kunne besvare anonymt, er det vigtigt, at I er enige om, hvad det egentlig vil sige. Anonymitet kan betyde forskellige ting for forskellige personer, og derfor b\u00f8r I&nbsp;have lagt nogle klare rammer for, hvad det helt lavpraktisk betyder, inden I s\u00e6tter unders\u00f8gelsen i gang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overvej f.eks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Datasikkerheden \u2013 alle data skal kunne h\u00e5ndteres sikkert og fortroligt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvem der har adgang til besvarelserne \u2013 er det ledelsen, arbejdsmilj\u00f8organisationen, HR, eller hvem kan tilg\u00e5 besvarelserne efterf\u00f8lgende?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvordan bruges besvarelserne og dataene \u2013 overvej bl.a. hvordan I vil gruppere besvarelser, hvem der f\u00e5r adgang til rapporter o.l.
