P\u00e5 dansk har vi valgt at overs\u00e6tte de fire stadier til \u2019planl\u00e6gning, organisering og gennemf\u00f8relse, kontrol og opf\u00f8lgning og justeringer\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PDCA-cirklen eller PDCA-modellen er s\u00e6rligt kendt fra arbejdet med LEAN og udvikling, og du kender den m\u00e5ske ogs\u00e5 ifm. ISO-certificering, men vi bruger den ogs\u00e5 i forbindelse med det systematiske arbejdsmilj\u00f8arbejde. Systematisk arbejdsmilj\u00f8arbejde er en cyklisk proces, hvor man konstant planl\u00e6gger, implementerer, evaluerer og forbedrer. N\u00e5r man ser p\u00e5 PDCA-cirklen i relation til arbejdsmilj\u00f8opgaver, kan den anvendes til at sikre, at arbejdsmilj\u00f8et bliver l\u00f8bende vurderet og forbedret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PDCA er en cirkelmodel, fordi den er en kontinuerlig forbedringsmodel, der kan bruges til at optimere processer i virksomheden og sikre l\u00f8bende forbedringer. Det er alts\u00e5 ikke en engangsproces, men den \u2019g\u00e5r i ring\u2019 og kan gentages. Det handler om at identificere og analysere arbejdspladsens risici og muligheder for forbedring, som f.eks. arbejdsforhold, sikkerhed, ergonomi, psykosocialt arbejdsmilj\u00f8 osv. Her kan I anvende v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer som <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/emner\/apv-arbejdspladsvurdering\/\">arbejdspladsvurdering (APV)<\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/da\/blog\/risikovurdering\/\">risikovurdering<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r I har gjort dette, skal I opstille nogle konkrete <strong>strategier, m\u00e5l og handlinger for arbejdsmilj\u00f8et<\/strong>, som skal v\u00e6re fundament for de forbedringer, I skal i gang med at lave. Arbejdsmilj\u00f8m\u00e5lene b\u00f8r v\u00e6re klare og m\u00e5lbare, s\u00e5 det er tydeligt, hvad I \u00f8nsker at opn\u00e5. I b\u00f8r ogs\u00e5 udarbejde en handlingsplan og afs\u00e6tte ressourcer til handlingerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>2: Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>(Organisering og gennemf\u00f8relse)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dette stadie starter I med at organisere arbejdet ud fra de m\u00e5l og handlingsplaner, I har lavet. Her skal I fordele roller og ansvarsomr\u00e5der; hvem g\u00f8r hvad. Hvis I ikke allerede har en etableret arbejdsmilj\u00f8organisation (AMO), s\u00e5 er det p\u00e5 tide at etablere den nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r det er gjort, kan I g\u00e5 i gang med at implementere og gennemf\u00f8re de planlagte \u00e6ndringer og tiltag. Det kan v\u00e6re nye procedurer, systemer, tr\u00e6ning, \u00e6ndringer i arbejdspladsens fysiske forhold osv. I dette stadie er det vigtigt, at de involverede medarbejdere er velinformerede og opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5 de nye tiltag og deltager aktivt i processen, der hvor det er n\u00f8dvendigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette stadie handler alts\u00e5 om at sikre, at alle de planlagte initiativer bliver gennemf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 en effektiv m\u00e5de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>3: Check<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>(Kontrol og opf\u00f8lgning)<br><br>I kontrolfasen skal I f\u00f8lge op og vurdere, om de gennemf\u00f8rte \u00e6ndringer har haft den \u00f8nskede effekt. Det kan I g\u00f8re ved at indsamle data, analysere resultaterne og sammenligne dem med de m\u00e5l, I satte i planl\u00e6gningsfasen. Her kan I ogs\u00e5 genbes\u00f8ge nogle af de redskaber, I brugte til at kortl\u00e6gge og analysere den nuv\u00e6rende situation i stadie 1. Hvor er der \u00e6ndringer; og er det de \u00f8nskede \u00e6ndringer? Hvis I ikke har opn\u00e5et m\u00e5lene, kan det v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendigt at finde ud af, hvad der \u2019gik galt\u2019 og justere strategien. Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re, at I er p\u00e5 vej mod m\u00e5lene, men at tingene tager l\u00e6ngere tid end forventet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det handler alts\u00e5 om at kontrollere, at de aftalte handlinger rent faktisk er sket og f\u00f8lge op p\u00e5, hvilke effekter, de har og ikke har haft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>4: Act<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>(Justeringer)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I sidste stadie skal I p\u00e5 baggrund af stadie 3 beslutte, hvad der skal g\u00f8res herfra. Evalu\u00e9r de ting, I nu ved og vurd\u00e9r, om I er p\u00e5 rette vej, eller om noget b\u00f8r justeres. Hvis m\u00e5lene er opn\u00e5et, kan de nye tiltag standardiseres og forts\u00e6tte som en del af den daglige praksis. Hvis m\u00e5lene ikke er opn\u00e5et, b\u00f8r I m\u00e5ske revidere planen og foretage justeringer. Dette stadie handler om at l\u00e6re af erfaringerne og sikre, at der er en konstant forbedring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Dokumentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For hele processen g\u00e6lder det, at vi b\u00f8r holde styr p\u00e5 vores dokumentation af b\u00e5derammer og handlinger. Det er b\u00e5de for vores egen skyld, s\u00e5 vi nemt kan g\u00e5 tilbage og tjekke indsatser, effekter m.m. Men det er ogs\u00e5 for at have dokumentation overfor f.eks.
