Kindeva Drug Delivery is a leading global CDMO specializing in combination device drug delivery and finished drug products. With a strong legacy of innovation and industry firsts, the company operates across 11 facilities in the US and UK, employing around 2,000 people. Kindeva\u2019s expertise spans pulmonary, injectable, nasal, and dermal drug delivery, supported by deep experience in pMDIs (over 100 years), autoinjectors (60+ years), and transdermal systems (50+ years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindeva was formed through a complex series of carve-outs and acquisitions. The brand was first born five years ago out of 3M Drug Delivery Systems, then expanded with the addition of Meridian Medical Technologies (formerly part of Pfizer), and most recently combined with Summit Biosciences in 2024. With four legacy companies coming together, each with their own systems and safety cultures, maintaining cohesion was a top priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
