Det finnes imidlertid&nbsp;et&nbsp;stort antall&nbsp;bedrifter som har sv\u00e6rt god sikkerhetskultur, og som har opplevd at dette har resultert i b\u00e5de tryggere, men ogs\u00e5&nbsp;mer effektive og produktive enheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det som kanskje er enda mer utfordrende er \u00e5 opprettholde&nbsp;h\u00f8y&nbsp;grad av&nbsp;sikkerhet over&nbsp;lang&nbsp;tid. Det er sv\u00e6rt mange&nbsp;retningslinjer, statistikker og meninger der ute og dette kan gj\u00f8re det&nbsp;vanskelig \u00e5 beslutte den beste l\u00f8sningen for en gitt arbeidsplass. I de fleste tilfeller finnes det ikke \u00e9n&nbsp;l\u00f8sning som passer for alle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><br>Hvordan sikre at kollegaene dine engasjerer seg&nbsp;i&nbsp;helse, milj\u00f8 og sikkerhet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/munin.uit.no\/bitstream\/handle\/10037\/9676\/thesis.pdf?sequence=2&amp;isAllowed=y\">Forskning har vist at de tryggeste arbeidsplassene har en k<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/munin.uit.no\/bitstream\/handle\/10037\/9676\/thesis.pdf?sequence=2&amp;isAllowed=y\">ultur for medarbeidere<\/a>&nbsp;som engasjerer seg aktivt i HMS arbeidet. Disse medarbeiderne har&nbsp;innsett at sikkerhet er alles ansvar og&nbsp;er opptatt av b\u00e5de sitt eget arbeid og arbeidsplassens suksess.&nbsp;De jobber for at oppgaver utf\u00f8res p\u00e5 riktig m\u00e5te og sier fra n\u00e5r&nbsp;de ser problemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ikke alle arbeidstakere har denne&nbsp;innstillingen&nbsp;til sikkerhet og mange blir demotivert hvis&nbsp;de opplever at&nbsp;denne typen holdninger og&nbsp;tilbakemeldinger ikke verdsettes eller tas p\u00e5 alvor.&nbsp;Dette har&nbsp;en negativ effekt p\u00e5&nbsp;sikkerheten p\u00e5 en arbeidsplass, b\u00e5de p\u00e5 kort- og lang sikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/blogg\/hms-plan\">Hva er en HMS plan?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let blir derfor; hvordan kan vi forbedre prosessen for \u00e5 engasjere de ansatte i helse, milj\u00f8 og sikkerhet? F\u00f8lgende 5 grunnleggende punkter burde v\u00e6re et utgangspunkt for bedrifters arbeid for \u00e5 bedre sikkerheten: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/blogg\/hms-plan\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/hubspot-cta-redirect-eu1-prod.s3.amazonaws.com\/cta\/redirect\/144606870\/e90d8524-4e55-4ba9-afd7-1507e561b3f3\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Forankring&nbsp;i&nbsp;ledelsen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sikkerhetsledelse er noe det snakkes mye om&nbsp;og&nbsp;er et uttrykk som ofte dukker opp i etterkant av st\u00f8rre&nbsp;sikkerhetsmessige&nbsp;hendelser og ulykker.&nbsp;Skyld fordeles og som hoved\u00e5rsak kan mangel p\u00e5 sikkerhetsledelse nevnes.&nbsp;Sikkerhetsledelse favner vidt og dypt, og handler om trygghet p\u00e5&nbsp;arbeidsplassen i bred forstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bedrifter kan jobbe med dette ved \u00e5\u00a0forplikte seg til en aktsomhetsplikt hos alle ansatte, og spesielt fra de p\u00e5 toppen i organisasjonen. Ikke bare vil forankringen blant de ansatt forbedres, men de ansatte&nbsp;vil ogs\u00e5 bidra til \u00e5 forme sikkerhetskulturen&nbsp;ved \u00e5 sikre at det som gj\u00f8res er tilpasset behovene og arbeidssituasjonen til de det faktisk gjelder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg til at det er et effektivt virkemiddel for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re de ansatte mer bevisste p\u00e5 viktigheten av godt HMS arbeid,&nbsp;er det ogs\u00e5 en del av den nye ISO 45001 standarden og alle&nbsp;bedrifter som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 v\u00e6re&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoonline.com\/blogg\/iso-45001\">ISO 45001 sertifiserte<\/a>&nbsp;m\u00e5 ha sikkerhetsutvalg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utvalget&nbsp;gir arbeiderne muligheten til \u00e5 identifisere risiko p\u00e5 egen arbeidsplass, fatte&nbsp;beslutninger knyttet til disse og&nbsp;kommunisere l\u00f8sninger&nbsp;direkte til ledelsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg til \u00e5 \u00f8ke eierskap og sikre at flere av de som p\u00e5virkes direkte f\u00e5r sin stemme h\u00f8rt, sikrer&nbsp;utvalget&nbsp;en mulighet for ansatte&nbsp;til&nbsp;\u00e5&nbsp;p\u00e5virke sin egen arbeidsplass i positiv forstand. I tillegg til \u00e5 gi oppl\u00e6ring i hvordan en jobb skal gj\u00f8res p\u00e5 en trygg og god m\u00e5te&nbsp;fokuserer disse p\u00e5 \u00e5 f\u00e5 de ansatte til \u00e5 forst\u00e5 hvordan ulykker kan p\u00e5virke b\u00e5de dem selv, familien deres samt kollegaene.&nbsp;Dette gir en bedre forst\u00e5else av n\u00f8dvendigheten av \u00e5&nbsp;jobbe&nbsp;n\u00f8ye&nbsp;og&nbsp;systematisk for en tryggere arbeidsplass for b\u00e5de den enkelte ansatte, men ogs\u00e5 for kollegaene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oppl\u00e6ringen&nbsp;begynner ofte i form av en&nbsp;klasseromsworkshop&nbsp;like etter at man blir ansatt, og fortsetter gjennom hele karrieren&nbsp;i&nbsp;ulike former som for eksempel observasjon p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen,&nbsp;kurs,&nbsp;coaching&nbsp;og at den ansatte etter hvert selv involveres i oppl\u00e6ring av nye&nbsp;ansatte,&nbsp;eller i sitt eget team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Bel\u00f8nn&nbsp;riktig&nbsp;oppf\u00f8rsel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er alltid viktig&nbsp;for en bedrift \u00e5&nbsp;ha et program for \u00e5 bel\u00f8nne god HMS\u2013oppf\u00f8rsel. N\u00e5r man har kommet frem til initiativer eller rutiner man \u00f8nsker \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re er det avgj\u00f8rende \u00e5 s\u00f8rge for systematisk oppf\u00f8lging av tiltakene og m\u00e5ling av forbedringer. For \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re dette er det avgj\u00f8rende \u00e5 ha et digitalt verkt\u00f8y som hjelper deg \u00e5 holde oversikten og som kan gi deg rapporteringen du beh\u00f8ver. Mange HMS ansvarlige bruker ogs\u00e5 dette til \u00e5 dokumentere effekten av jobben de gj\u00f8r. Til slutt kan denne typen dokumentasjon gj\u00f8re det lettere \u00e5 argumentere for investeringer i helse, milj\u00f8 og sikkerhet ovenfor ledelsen i bedriften. N\u00e5r punktene ovenfor er implementert kan de representere et&nbsp;vendepunkt&nbsp;n\u00e5r det kommer til sikkerhetskulturen for en arbeidsplass.
