2023 Momentum Sets Company Up for Accelerated Growth in 2024

EcoOnline experienced a historic year in 2023, marked by two significant acquisitions, industry recognition, and ARR growth of nearly 20%, well outpacing the industry average.

  • In January 2023, EcoOnline announced the acquisition of Alcumus’ Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) software business, adding 300 employees and over 2000 customers.
  • In July 2023, the company announced the acquisition of Ecometrica, a global ESG and Sustainability software leader, to further enhance the company’s existing platform capabilities and solidify its position as a market leader across the UK, North America, and Nordics.
  • In August 2023, EcoOnline appointed B2B SaaS industry veteran, Tom Goodmanson, as Chief Executive Officer to scale the business operations, go-to-market strategy, and product innovation.
  • EcoOnline was recognized as a Leader in Verdantix’s Green Quadrant: EHS Software 2023, for its blend of software functionality and business momentum.

According to Verdantix, an independent research firm, the market landscape for EHS software has undergone a paradigm shift with a growing appetite for robust environmental management solutions brought on by the ESG megatrend and rapid innovation around Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).*

“With three world class leaders joining EcoOnline to drive revenue, marketing, and people, the company is well-positioned to seize the opportunity in the combined ESG and EHS space and add to an already strong team to scale globally, while executing locally, to drive an exceptional customer experience,” said EcoOnline CEO, Tom Goodmanson.
