Personal information in EcoOnline
Personal information is information that can be linked to you as an individual. As EcoOnline operates in a company to a corporate market, it is limited which personal information is relevant. Essentially, only names, emails and phone numbers are stored. The purpose of your personal information at EcoOnline is primarily to manage the customer relationship you have with us on behalf of the business you work in / the organisation you represent.
However, some of our products require additional information to be stored. This is to fulfill the legal requirements that are imposed in the overall regulations, such as requirements for personal registers for exposure of particularly hazardous chemicals.
